How to Ensure Your Child Has the Best Power Rangers Costume

Halloween is a magical time for all children when, if only for one day, they become the hero of their imagination.  As a parent, you want your child to have the best of everything and a Halloween costume though it may seem simple to you, is no exception.  When your child is at their school party or out with the neighborhood kids when it comes time for trick-or-treating you don’t want them to feel like they have secondhand or homemade costumes.  You want them to feel like they have actually become the character!

It is easy to ensure that your child has the best Power Ranger costume by looking around at many websites to see what they offer.  Check the design of the outfit against the actual uniform that the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers wear on the television program.  A quick check on any search engine will yield pictures of what the actual suit should look like.  Don’t settle for an imitation or generic red and blue Power Rangers outfit.

Make sure that your costume includes the right accessories such as: wristbands that look like gold bracers, a helmet with a blackened visor, and a weapon of some sort like a plastic sword or blaster gun.  Red socks, plastic boots, and a black belt can also be used to complete the look.  You also want to make sure the costume that you purchase includes an emblem of some sort on the chest of the top part of the uniform and also the helmet.  Without an emblem, the Power Ranger costume might be confused with a super Mario costume, Spiderman, or simply leave people guessing as to what your child is dressed up as.

One of the worst things that any child can hear on Halloween night is: “What are you supposed to be?”  If the costume is not easily identifiable as a red Power Ranger costume, your child might be embarrassed to have to explain to them what their meaning was by dressing up this way.  Save your child that embarrassment and ensure they have the best costume available by checking for the design and accessories to pull off the look.  Spend the few dollars extra for the more official-looking costume.  There are even some  reversible Power Ranger costumes, depending on the color that you want to show to the outside. When the costume has these things it will be easy for everyone to tell that it is the classic Power Ranger suit.
